The Package: Base salary comms super On-target earnings $85-90K (base commission) Monday to Saturday 8:30am – 6pm (weekly RDO) Opportunity to develop customer service, negotiation, and vehicle valuation skills What you’ll be doing: Learning to appraise and buy used vehicles from a variety of sources Supporting vehicle inventory management to maximise turnover Conducting valuations and assisting with vehicle transport Building relationships with customers and sellers Handling administrative tasks, paperwork, and documentation Working closely with your manager and team while gaining on-the-job training What you’ll need: Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn Strong communication and confidence to interact with private sellers Analytical mindset and willingness to follow processes Hunger, accountability, and pride in your work Intermediate PC skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Current Driver’s Licence Desirable: Interest in the automotive industry Previous customer service experience is a bonus This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll learn everything you need to become an expert buyer.
