We're looking for a reliable Plumbing Specialist to join our Morwell team full-time. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be rewarded for their dedication, Reliability and strong work ethic. What you'll do: Providing customer service and information about products Load and unload vehicles with care Assist with receiving, storing and dispatching stock Provide great customer service Follow all safety procedures Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and advice with your deep level of industry expertise and superior business knowledge. Build valued and successful working relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. What you'll bring: Ideally, you will have strong product knowledge in the plumbing wholesale industry. Experience in plumbing or trade distribution will be highly regarded. Valid driver's licence (forklift licence & MR advantageous) Physically fit and able to perform manual handling Availability to work Monday – Friday – NO WEEKENDS! Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone Strong attention to detail and communication skills With excellent communication skills, you are naturally motivated by building strong relationships and developing new commercial opportunities.
