About the role The role supports a security-focused team by coordinating logistics and maintaining stock levels for specialised equipment. Working closely with the Assistant Director, the position helps deliver global asset refresh activities and ensures security equipment is effectively managed and deployed across international locations Duties Manage security equipment stocks and support procurement activities. Maintain the security asset database for all locations. Conduct stocktakes and audits of equipment. Deliver end‑to‑end procurement tasks, from research to contract award. Provide proactive customer service and procurement advice to stakeholders. Work independently to prioritise tasks, manage mailboxes and maintain records. Skills & experience Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. Capability to analyse suppliers, markets and products to inform procurement planning. Able to operate with minimal supervision in challenging or high‑pressure environments. Understanding of Commonwealth procurement processes and rules (desirable). Awareness of overseas mission operating environments (desirable).
