Our Yanchep pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for a friendly, self-motivated and highly organized Dispensary Technician to join our team on a Full-time basis . The Dispensary Technician will support the Pharmacists’ in providing a great patient experience and timely and accurate dispensary operation. Working closely with the Pharmacists, your duties will include: · Accurately dispense prescriptions, · Maintain awareness of patients in-store at all times, · Actively assist the Pharmacists’ in providing service and product information to patient’s including the provision of relevant and appropriate health information, · Assisting with Dose Administration Aids, · Providing support to other team members, · Ensure all dispensary administration duties are performed, including organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary area. Completion of the S2/S3 certificate, or Cert II/III in Community Pharmacy is highly desirable whilst previous pharmacy dispensing experience is essential. It is expected that you will be flexible to meet the operational requirements of the pharmacy, including early starts, late finishes and weekend/public holiday work, as our pharmacy operates everyday, 365 days. Remuneration will be dependent on experience with an forecasted salary of $60,000 p/a (dependent on hourly rates and roster).
