Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA, for a Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Manager. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the strategic development, implementation, governance and continuous enhancement of the Group’s brand and digital presence across all operating entities.This includes the review/implementation of website architecture, content integrity and performance optimization, ensuring all platforms accurately reflect the Group’s technical capability, certifications and industry positioning. The role will lead the development of structured content programs, technical case studies and sector-focused communications to reinforce credibility within the mining, oil & gas, utilities, infrastructure and defence markets.Beyond digital channels, the position will support the Group’s external representation through coordinated participation in industry events, conferences and professional forums, as well as the development of strategic partnerships with industry bodies and relevant community organizations.Working in close collaboration with executive leadership, sales and operational teams, the role will ensure that all marketing and brand initiatives are aligned with corporate objectives, risk governance standards and long-term growth strategy.The position requires a disciplined, commercially minded professional capable of maintaining brand integrity while driving measurable business outcomes.
