Job description: Your impact Reporting to the Director Structural Engineering, the Analyst, Structural Engineering role supports the integrity and reliability of site infrastructure by analysing structural data, preparing technical inputs and contributing to engineering solutions that enable effective decision-making. You will play a key role in supporting structural integrity execution, monitoring and improvement activities by working with site teams, contractors and technical stakeholders to ensure assets remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose. Profile description: As part of our team you will Collect, validate and organise structural integrity data from inspections, assessments, site reports and drawings Analyse structural condition, performance and risk using established engineering methods and standards Prepare technical calculations, summaries and supporting documentation for integrity assessments and reviews Develop engineering recommendations in line with approved standards to support asset integrity decisions Support audits, reviews and maturity assessments by compiling technical evidence and data packs Maintain structural integrity registers, dashboards and performance reporting tools Assist investigations into structural incidents and anomalies, including preparing timelines and technical inputs Interface with site teams, contractors and stakeholders to obtain information and support deliverables Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies or emerging risks and escalate for review Prerequisites for your success in the role Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering Understanding of structural integrity principles within industrial, mining or infrastructure environments Ability to analyse engineering data and apply recognised engineering standards and methodologies Strong documentation and technical reporting capability Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail and ability to manage technical information accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation systems We offer: We understand no candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
