Duties & Responsibilities Leads the plant engineering team to maintain integrity and drive reliability improvements. Drives the Capital improvement process and is accountable for maintaining all equipment registers and plant engineering standards as well as leading audits to ensure compliance to standards. Safety – zero LTIs pa; No functional safety incidents. Assists in short-term plan delivered weekly on time. Develops and drives the asset management strategy to support the operating strategy. Develop spares strategy to support operating strategy. Provides input to maintenance and operational budgets from asset management strategies. Provides input to maintenance and operational budgets from spares strategies. Manages product master data. Creates and manages master production schedule. Manages quality testing. Assists in the planning of maintenance work. Obtains and installs assets, equipment, and tools. What You Can Bring 15 years’ professional experience in engineering / planning / maintenance. Bachelor’s degree or higher Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical). Experience in operational environment essential, including gas fired equipment, HV and hydrometallurgical processes. Proven leadership in engineering and delivering the asset management strategy for site. Experience in developing and delivering the long-term maintenance plan. Sound knowledge of maintenance planning systems (SAP preferred). Sound knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, standards and codes. Ability to build a strong and collaborative team.
