Plus sign on bonus! $15,900 salary packaging additional meal entertainment benefits 5 weeks annual leave 17.5% loading Birthday leave (because we celebrate our people) Professional development investment On-site café (yes, your morning coffee is sorted) A genuinely supportive, values-driven leadership team Job Description The Opportunity As our Senior FDRP & FLPN Officer, you will: Provide practice leadership, coaching and mentoring to FRC practitioners Manage complex family dispute resolution matters Maintain FDR accreditation and uphold legislative compliance Support program development and reporting activities Lead coordination of the North Queensland Family Law Pathways Network Convene and facilitate bi-monthly Steering Committee meetings Organise sector events, networking opportunities and cross-sector training Strengthen relationships across legal and human services sectors You will work closely with the FRC Manager while operating with a high level of autonomy and professional judgement. Travel across the region will be part of this role — connecting with practitioners and strengthening services beyond Townsville. Desired Skills and Experience What You Bring Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Law or Family Dispute Resolution / Mediation Accreditation (or eligibility) as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner Strong experience in child-focused and culturally responsive FDR practice High-level communication and networking skills Experience supporting or mentoring other practitioners Confidence navigating the Family Law Act and FDRP Regulations And yes — Townsville lifestyle.
