This is a senior, non-clinical leadership opportunity suited to a confident community services professional who can step in quickly, provide operational stability and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver strong outcomes for carers across the region. About the Role Reporting to the Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Carer Gateway program and lead a team of up to 15 staff including Counsellors, Coaches, Peer Support Facilitators and Navigators. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership.
