What’s on Offer $30-$35/hr depending on experience Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm Immediate start available Ongoing casual role with view to permanency Work with a supportive and reputable company What You’ll Need Previous experience in a Customer Service or Administration role Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience preparing and processing quotes Confidence handling inbound and outbound calls High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems preferred) Reliable transport to and from work Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test What You’ll Be Doing Managing inbound and outbound customer calls Preparing and following up on customer quotes Processing orders and updating customer records Providing administrative support to the sales and operations team Handling customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner Maintaining accurate data entry and documentation Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with company policies and procedures About Us Workfast is a national labour hire company supplying staff across construction, civil, logistics, and many other industries.
