The Clinical Simulation Centre at Townsville University Hospital are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administration Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative support to their team. PLEASE NOTE - This is a permanent part-time job share role, working every Friday. About your opportunity To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Business, Course Delivery and Centre Support functions of the Clinical Simulation Centre (CSC) through the provision of high-quality customer service to all clients of CSC. PLEASE NOTE: This is a permanent part‑time position working 15.2 hours per fortnight in a job‑share arrangement, with regular hours each Friday. The successful applicant will be required to work additional days initially to meet training needs. There is also an expectation that this role will provide leave coverage as required. Requirements: Whilst not mandatory, a qualification in Business Administration or other relevant qualification and experience in administrative support would be highly regarded. Whilst not mandatory experience in using electronic education and training systems such as Learning-On-Line, Survey Manager, Vision, S4HANA and QHEPS would be highly regarded.
