The Opportunity We are seeking a driven, career-minded Business Development Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities Execute proactive business development strategies to expand the client base across the group of businesses. Identify and secure new strategic partnerships and high-value opportunities. Manage and grow key accounts through consistent relationship building and service delivery. Lead the preparation and management of formal tenders and commercial proposals. Generate accurate quotations and negotiate contract terms for new and existing clients. Collaborate with the management team to identify and pursue emerging market opportunities, across the group of businesses. Liaise with the internal team, including the Rental Coordinator and Service Manager, to ensure seamless vehicle delivery. Work closely with the workshop teams to guarantee that fleet standards and client requirements are met. Adopt and optimise our digital sales platform, embedding online procedures and automated forms into daily workflows. Ensure all clients receive a superior level of service and maintain high satisfaction throughout the partnership. Career Growth & Leadership This position offers a clear path to leadership.
