We are now seeking a Practitioner Consultant/Territory Manager to join our team in Perth, WA . This role blends relationship management, practitioner education, and strategic sales to support continued growth, brand presence, and product advocacy across the region. About the Role As our Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined portfolio of accounts while providing high-quality education and training to practitioners, distributors, and students. You will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening our presence in the practitioner-only market. This position is ideally suited to a degree‑qualified practitioner or sales professional with 5 years of clinical and/or commercial experience . Key Responsibilities Partner with key distributors to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth. Strategically manage and expand existing accounts, including regular regional travel. Prospect and convert new business opportunities within your territory. Deliver education and training sessions to practitioners, distributors, and students. Represent Bio Concepts at events by attending, hosting, or presenting as required. Complete accurate reporting and maintain territory administration. Attend bi‑annual trips to our Brisbane Head Office for Company-wide meetings. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Strong technical knowledge supported by relevant tertiary qualifications. Proven sales experience with the ability to manage existing accounts and confidently build new business. Excellent customer service, organisational, and time‑management skills. Professional communication and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. A self‑motivated, reliable, and articulate approach to working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
