Kanda is looking for a highly organised and proactive Leasing Officer to join our NDIS Disability team on a 6-month fixed-term contract . This role can be fully remote or based at any Kanda office in Australia , with part-time or full-time options to suit your lifestyle. You’ll manage head lease and sub-lease tenancy requests across all states, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep properties and assets running smoothly and compliantly. Key Responsibilities Process head lease and sub-lease tenancy requests for all states, including lease preparation and bond management. Ensure all leasing activities comply with legislation and organisational policies. Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, financial decision-makers, and property stakeholders. Assist with purchasing, tracking, repair, and replacement of assets, maintaining accurate registers. Support financial processes, including bonds, with the finance team. Maintain accurate records to meet HSQS, NDIS, and regulatory requirements. About You Experience in property, leasing, facilities, or asset management. Proficient in Property Me or similar systems for lease and bond management. Skilled in Microsoft Office and web-based platforms. Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Adaptable and willing to learn state-based rental requirements. Holds a current, valid Driver’s Licence. Holds or can obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check. Want to chat about this role?
