This newly created Executive Assistant role is designed to elevate the Directors’ capacity to focus on strategy, growth and leadership – and they are ready to hand over the reins to a true professional. About the role… Reporting directly to the Directors, you will provide high-level executive and personal support in a fast-paced, trade-based environment. Working closely alongside both leaders, you will take full ownership of their schedules, communications and key projects A proactive operator who brings energy, professionalism and commercial awareness. Hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm with flexibility where required. Key Responsibilities… End-to-end diary, inbox and communication management for both Directors • Preparation of meeting agendas, reports, presentations and key documentation • Acting as gatekeeper and liaison between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders • Coordinating meetings, tracking action items and ensuring follow-through • Supporting and running small projects across the business • Providing confidential personal administration support as required Systems & Tools • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite • Microsoft Teams • Exposure to CRM and scheduling systems (highly regarded) • Strong overall technical confidence and ability to pick up new systems quickly What they are looking for… Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives or Directors • A polished, seasoned and highly professional Executive Assistant • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Commercial awareness and confidence to take ownership • High energy with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset • Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential matters If you are sharp, capable and ready to step into a trusted, high-impact role — apply now.
