The Role We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner to join our experienced team. Experience is essential – with strong job security and opportunity to develop within the business. Key Responsibilities Inspect, repair, and replace tyres for various vehicle types. Perform wheel alignments and wheel balancing to ensure optimal performance and safety. Diagnose tyre and wheel issues, including puncture repairs and wear assessment. Advise customers on tyre care and provide professional recommendations. Conduct general suspension and steering repairs, as well as fault diagnosis. Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment. Assist with minor vehicle repairs and general workshop tasks as needed. Deliver outstanding customer service in a professionally presented environment. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar automotive role. Strong technical skills in tyre and wheel maintenance. A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation. Attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a “can-do” attitude. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. A good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Experience with basic wheel alignment (advantageous). The right to work in Australia. Why Join Us?
