About the Role: We require a dynamic customer-oriented Service Supervisor to join our professional team. In this role, you will manage a range of customer and field technician requirements, for the day to day delivery of repair, service and maintenance activities. The flexible role is ideally suited for the proactive professional, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be a team player with an approachable, professional and confident personality possessing the ability to develop strong relationships with Staff, Clients and Partners. Your day will be both busy and varied with duties including but not limited to: Liaising with workshop and field service mechanics Prioritising service requirements to meet response times Providing schedules for workshop and field technicians Ensure parts are on hand to meet supply requirements Managing workflow processes. Organizing timely Breakdown and Repair response and technical actions Ensuring acceptable work relations and standards are maintained The Person: Previous experience as a Service coordinator Excellent time management and organisational skills Mechanical background Ability to prioritise Good communication skills both verbal and written Excellent Customer service skills High level of computer skills Skilled trades looking to come off the tools will be considered The Ideal Candidate : The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, customer service and people management, be confident in coordinating customers and technicians, have the ability to innovate, implement, communicate and manage.
