About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Draftsperson to join our high-functioning team at Summit Renovations, where you’ll be part of transforming homes into spaces that truly reflect our clients' lifestyles. Reporting to General Manager – Renovations you’ll prepare sketch concepts and construction drawings for new projects, update plans based on client requests while ensuring compliance with standards, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success About you The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a design drafting role, with previous experience in extensions and renovations preferred. A strong understanding of R Codes and building regulations is essential, along with proficiency in Archicad. Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability are critical, as is the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. We are looking for a team player who collaborates well with colleagues but can also work independently when needed.
