Our rapid and continued expansion has us seeking for vibrant, conscientious and loyal individuals to join our team and reap the rewards of a fast-growing business a Logistics Co-Ordinator. This is a diverse and fast paced role. You must be willing to learn on the go, be super organized, have some experience in logistics and effective communication skills. ABOUT THE ROLE: Working with the Logistics Manager, warehouse personnel, and various stakeholders (both Nationally and Internationally) you will be responsible for the co-ordination of stock transfers, inventory shipping, and customer deliveries to ensure that Goods are deliveries to meet critical deadlines. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule and actively manage all import and export shipments and documentation Liaising with suppliers to ensure goods are received within agreed timelines Co-ordinating inter-warehouse transfers Assist with inventory control Monitor transportation performance Co-ordinate and scheduling of arrival and dispatch of trailers and containers OUR EXPECTATIONS: Previous logistics & coordination experience within a fast-paced environment will be highly regarded High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks on the go Ability to multi-task, with a “can do”attitude and willingness to learn a diverse range of skills Solution-based thinking, ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders Proficient in Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) Positive, proactive attitude and ambition to contribute to continuous improvements Knowledge of “Chain of Responsibility”and Transport Regulations WHO WILL THIS SUIT: If you are proactive, have a willingness to learn, enjoy challenges and working in a fast-paced team environment then you should apply.
