About the role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Babies Room Lead Educator to join our vibrant and dynamic team at Twin Towns Early Learning Centre in Tweed Heads, NSW. As the Babies Room Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our youngest learners, ensuring their holistic development and fostering a nurturing environment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children during their crucial early years. What you'll be doing We are looking for the perfect fit to lead lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging programs for the Babies Room. This will include creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Building positive relationships with children and families is a must. You will be able to mentor other educators with your knowledge of this young age group, while maintaining accurate records of routines, observations and documentation in line with service requirements and regulatory requirements. We are looking for someone to work five days to offer the consistency in educators that babies need to form strong and lasting connections. The successful applicant will have: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education A strong understanding of child development, early learning principles, and age-appropriate programming Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate leadership qualities Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training A current Working with Children Check Current recognised Child Protection Training What we offer At Twin Towns Early Learning Centre, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
