Band 7 - $108,689.60 per annum, (plus super) Job Satisfaction – Have a meaningful impact on the community by contributing to achieve positive outcomes across the Mornington Peninsula Shire About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader – Community Safety the core responsibilities include: Provide guidance, direction, and support to the field-based Community Safety Officers, Rangers and wider team fostering a strong sense of leadership. Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of field-based Community Safety Officers / Rangers including the assigning of cases. Remote response on call to provide support to on call officers when required. Compiling the roster for Community Safety Officers. Ensuring the Oracle After Hours roster for on call is up to date. About You Extensive experience as a Community Safety Officer / Ranger or any other relevant compliance and enforcement experience. Demonstrated ability in leadership roles, effectively coordinating and managing a large and diverse team comprising of both permanent, part-time and casual staff members. Possess a thorough comprehension of the role, functions, and procedures associated with the Local Laws, DAA and other relevant legislation in a regulatory environment.
