KAEFER Integrated Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our collaborative, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Manage efficient processing of all payroll transactions in SAP and maintain accurate employee wage and personnel records. Verify weekly payroll, resolve complex pay issues, and ensure data integrity across systems. Support payroll projects including system configuration, implementations, award reviews, and enterprise agreement transitions. Provide payroll knowledge, guidance, and training to team members and the wider organisation. Apply strong understanding of Superannuation, Long Service Leave and PAYG legislation. Promote business growth opportunities where possible. Uphold company quality standards, policies, procedures, and EEO requirements. Foster a respectful, collaborative team culture and assist colleagues to achieve organisational goals. Perform additional duties as required and support compliance with all relevant legislation. What we are looking for: 8–10 years’ experience in a payroll role. Proven SAP payroll experience. Strong administration, organisation and self‑management capability. Ability to interpret awards and enterprise agreements. Proficient in Excel and Word; Power BI experience highly regarded. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong focus on Customer Service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, problem solve and manage competing priorities.
