You may have experience in customer service and want to learn more about Warehousing. Or you might be someone that has experience in warehousing and want to learn more about the customer service side. Duties Include: Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders High volume face to face customer service and order processing of walk-in trade customers Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone Unloading & Loading Trucks Stock Organisation Inbound sales calls General sales assistant duties Maintaining the cleanliness of warehouse We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes: Reliable and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Good customer service and communication skills Previous warehouse experience Previous Customer Service experience Some previous sales and administration experience would give you a strong advantage over other applicants High attention to detail Reporting to the Manager, you will be an integral cog in growing our Townsville branch.
