We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our committed and dedicated Townsville (Garbutt) team on a full-time basis . Key Responsibilities Warehouse Duties Process customer stock orders using company software systems Accurately pick and pack customer orders Control and manage inventory using company systems Maintain a clean, organised and tidy warehouse at all times Participate in branch Stocktake Load and unload delivery trucks Follow directions from management Adhere strictly to company WHS policies, procedures and safety culture Full compliance with company policies and procedures As Required – Internal Sales Duties Provide exceptional customer service (phone and face-to-face counter sales) Liaise with both trade and retail customers Data entry of customer orders, raise invoices and maintain databases Promote Nover's extensive product range Handle sales enquiries via phone, email and fax Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role Experience in the kitchen, hardware or trade sales industry (highly regarded) Valid Forklift High Reach Licence – essential Current manual driver's licence with a clean driving record – essential Sound computer skills and data entry experience in a warehouse environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team WHS awareness and commitment to safe work practices Well presented, neat and tidy at all times Punctual, reliable, hardworking with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn with a hands-on, respectful approach Demonstrates commitment, energy, drive, initiative and passion Hours of Work Shifts will fall between 6:30am and 4:30pm , varying according to workload.
