Technical Business Analyst End User Computing (EUC) / ICT Infrastructure End-to-end Windows device builds Sydney CBD - Hybrid working Contract to 31 March 2027 Up to $1,050 per day, including super We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong Infrastructure / End User Compute (EUC) experience to join a major technology program based in Sydney CBD. This role sits within the Infrastructure & Operations program, supporting a large-scale technology initiative delivering critical infrastructure capability across multiple sites. A key requirement for this role is hands-on experience supporting end-to-end Windows device builds, from hardware selection and Windows image builds through to large-scale deployment across geographically dispersed locations. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyse functional and non-functional requirements across the EUC environment Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering and delivery teams Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions and requirements gathering activities Conduct gap analysis and support solution design across the EUC landscape Work closely with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to support delivery Support large-scale device deployment programs across multiple locations Maintain requirements traceability, documentation and analysis artefacts Contribute to improvements across the End User Compute environment and endpoint infrastructure Key Skills & Experience Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst within Infrastructure or EUC environments Proven experience supporting large-scale device/endpoint deployments Hands-on experience with Windows device builds, including hardware selection, Windows imaging and deployment Experience working across Microsoft 365 and modern endpoint environments Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Experience working with technical engineering teams and vendors Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation and specifications What's on Offer Long-term contract to 31 March 2027 Up to $1,050 per day, including super Sydney CBD location with hybrid working Opportunity to work on a large-scale infrastructure program with significant delivery scope Does this sound like you?
