We are proud of our open, respectful, and supportive culture. About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Events Coordinator to join our Sydney office. The position is a part-time (3 Days a Week) 12-Month Mat Leave fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role managing internal staff events and external client events for mainly Sydney and occasional national events. This will be someone who has a dynamic and confident personality and who is keen to hit the ground running to help deliver our busy schedule of events. You will need to be able to respectfully deal with a diverse range of people both internally and externally. You will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy reporting to our Greater Sydney Leader and working closely with our marketing team. Day To Day Responsibilities Include Manage client, internal and industry events from concept through to completion Management and coordination of major client networking events and business development events Management and coordination of Social Days, EOFY events, Quarterly Principal dinners and quarterly Business Support bonding events Assist with internal events such as Town Halls and corporate diversity initiatives Promote and monitor staff attendance for cost effectiveness at all industry events Management and coordination of industry body memberships and industry event sponsorships such as Property Council, Consult Australia, NAWIC, WIDAC, CIBSE etc The Candidate: Applications are sought from candidates who meet the following attributes: Demonstrate a commercial understanding of events - tracking value, managing budgets. A strong track record in organising events. Excellent organisational skills - ability to work with over 30 internal stakeholders and prioritise tasks effectively.
