THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to support the most dynamic Property Management Team. Offering a chance to work with some of Sydney’s most prestigious properties (averaging $1200 rental price per week), this is a crucial role for someone that will hit the ground running! On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for: Managing 140 properties NO Leasing and NO Accounts NO Routines Liaising with Tenants and Landlords Handling Repairs and Maintenance Rent Increases and Reviews Maintenance support Assistance with strata, water and council rates THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE A current Certificate of Registration Previous Property Management experience Own car and Drivers license Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Great presentational skills Be a motivated self-starter THE BENEFITS: Monday – Friday opportunity Work from home days!
