Initially based at our North Sydney head office, complete with harbour views and easy access to the Metro, you’ll then mobilise to the Upper North Shore project site as construction gets underway. As Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting the tone for safety excellence from day one, working alongside a passionate project team to ensure every activity is delivered safely, compliantly, and with care for our people and the environment. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day safety engagement across construction and support personnel. Partner with Supervisors and Engineers to identify, assess and control risks. Conduct safety audits, inspections and incident investigations. Support subcontractor onboarding, inductions and compliance checks. Champion proactive safety communication through toolbox and pre-start meetings. Contribute to continuous improvement and building a strong, positive HSE culture. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in health and safety within construction or infrastructure. Strong understanding of WHS Acts, Regulations and contemporary risk management.
