Currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to draw their expertise into a top performing team, we are looking for someone to provide a seamless customer service to loyal clients. The Role: Manage a well maintained, local portfolio of only 150 properties (all properties within a 5km radius) Liaising with Landlords & any escalated Tenant issues Client relationship management Conduct rental reviews & lease renewals Routine inspections Escalated arrears management Tribunal preparation & attendance Manage a Leasing Consultant/Junior Property Manager The Candidate: Previous Property Management experience A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License Strong attention to detail You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed The Benefits: Monday – Friday opportunity Work from home!
