Reporting to the Resident Experience Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Owning the day-to-day reception experience - greeting residents by name, welcoming visitors with confidence, and keeping the energy professional, positive and polished. Helping residents with questions about their home, their lease, their packages, their maintenance requests, or just point them in the right direction with a smile. Big or small, you’ll treat every enquiry with care. Supporting the delivery of a thoughtfully curated events calendar, roll up your sleeves on event days, and gather feedback to keep making each experience better than the last. Coordination of move-ins and move-outs like a pro, from inspections and inductions to key handovers and maintenance follow-ups , ensuring every transition feels seamless and well managed. Maintain accurate resident accounts, including occupancy fees and sundries, with an eye for detail and a commitment to getting it right the first time. Uphold residents’ rights, tenancy conditions and privacy at all times, handling information with professionalism and integrity.
