The Role In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of administrative functions, including preparing correspondence, managing agendas and minutes for meetings, and maintaining effective filing systems for corporate information. You will play a vital role in supporting communication and documentation processes, handling correspondence, drafting responses, and preparing reports for routine matters. Your ability to manage incoming calls, visitor enquiries, and appointments will contribute to a well-coordinated office environment. Additionally, you will assist with travel arrangements, ensuring bookings and documentation are accurately prepared, and support financial tasks such as budget preparation, payment of accounts, credit card reconciliation, and expenditure monitoring.
