About The Opportunity Delivering on the brand promise of 'live extraordinary', our Guest Service Agents will deliver on the heightened expectations of 'a new level of luxury and indulgence' that we have promised our guests, ensuring that the five Eos brand pillars are reflected in everything we do - distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalised, and magnetic. You will interact in ways that create guest loyalty and positive word of mouth, not only throughout Australia, but Internationally as well. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will ensure guests receive seamless, exceptional service throughout every moment of their stay. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. Perform all guest check-in and check-out tasks and update room allocations. Handle all guest enquiries, requests, and comments in a timely and professional manner. Manage and update online and phone reservations. Verify and settle guests accounts upon the completion of their stay. Liaise with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, concierge, spa, and the gaming team to accommodate guests' needs. Complete daily checklists and review daily reports/logs. Upsell and reserve additional facilities and services, when appropriate. Provide information about the hotel facilities, available rooms, rates, and amenities. About You You are passionate about delivering world-class service and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment. With impeccable attention to detail and refined communication skills, you take pride in crafting memorable guest experiences. In addition to this, you will have; Experience in a luxury hotel Front Office environment (highly regarded) Strong guest service focus and problem-solving capability Confident using Microsoft Office; Opera experience highly advantageous Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required) Self-motivated, driven and energised to work in a dynamic environment Excellent grooming and presentation.
