Job Info Location: MAREEBA, QLD Salary: Award Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description We have up to 100 positions available for harvest workers on Banana, Avocado, Mango & Melon farms in Atherton/Mareeba/Tolga QLD Work is due to start March 2026 and is expected to last up to 4 years You will be paid as a Level 1, Fulltime Employee under the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028). Hourly or Piece Rates may apply. There may be an opportunity to undertake training and upskilling in this role, which can allow your remuneration to increase as per the levels in the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028 The position is for a harvest worker on a Banana, Avocado, Mango & Melon farms and will include but not limited to tasks such as picking, packing and planting Bananas, Avocados, Mangos and Melons This position requires the availability for shift work over a 7-day roster. Minimum of 38 hours a week, 6.30am-4.30pm though at times this may change due to the seasonal needs of the business. Please note that random drug & alcohol testing may be conducted.
