Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pool and spa servicing, including water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning, routine maintenance, and equipment functionality checks. Accurately record service details, diagnoses, and chemicals or products used at each client site. Conduct all work at residential and commercial properties in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner. Maintain awareness of pets on client premises (particularly dogs) and ensure safe and appropriate conduct at all times. Assess property conditions before entry and refrain from entering if the environment is deemed unsafe. You Will Ideally Have Previous experience in pool and spa servicing, maintenance, or a related trade field. Sound understanding of pool water chemistry and chemical handling procedures. Ability to diagnose basic equipment faults and perform routine maintenance checks. Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail when completing service reports. Excellent time management and the ability to work independently. Confidence and comfort working around pets, particularly dogs. Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Valid Australian Manual Driver’s Licence (required for servicing role) and Ochre Card.
