This role suits an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager , or a strong Facilities Maintenance Coordinator looking to step up. You'll play a key role in ensuring our centre remains safe, well‑maintained and operating smoothly for tenants, customers and the wider community. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Repairs Coordinate and supervise day‑to‑day and scheduled maintenance Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests Engage, manage and monitor contractors to ensure quality Conduct regular inspections and uphold high presentation standards Ensure all maintenance complies with WHS, centre policies and regulations Assist with modification works and CAPEX projects Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate records in the Task Management Program Update building plans, databases and asset registers Review and approve maintenance invoices (within delegations) Ensure all contractors are inducted and compliant Manage the Property Calendar regarding works and centre activities Centre Operations Oversee cleaning, gardening, grounds, waste and security Supervise cleaner, groundskeeper and relevant support staff Monitor CCTV and security reports; escalate incidents as required Participate in the after‑hours duty phone roster About You We welcome applicants with a strong background in facilities, property, building services or maintenance coordination , including: A minimum of 3-5 years experience in facilities, property, or maintenance coordination is required. Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues quickly Good understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Ability to work autonomously across a busy commercial site Facilities Maintenance-related qualifications or trade background highly valued Australian work rights are required for this position Depending on your qualifications and experience, we can offer this role at Manager or Coordinator level.
