About the Role: As a Café Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming space for our customers. From making recommendations and upselling products to ensuring the store is spotless and inviting — your energy and attention to detail will help deliver the Gloria Jean’s experience every day. Key Responsibilities: Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient customer service Promote and upsell products with confidence Support and represent in-store marketing campaigns Communicate clearly and positively with customers and team members Help maintain a clean and safe café environment Use store checklists to ensure all tasks are completed during your shift Follow instructions from your Shift Supervisor, Store Manager, or Company Director Wear the correct, clean uniform and maintain a professional appearance What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and team spirit Confidence interacting with customers Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation Willingness to learn and follow procedures Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster Prior café or customer service experience is a plus Why Join Us?
