Our Production Workers play a vital role in bringing our products to life. Working under solid leadership and guidance, you’ll help ensure our products are pelletised, baled and packed to the highest standards - ready to support gardens, farms and commercial crops across Australia and around the world. What’s required? We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in contributing to a hardworking team. To be considered, you’ll bring the following skills and attributes: Physically fit – these roles involve manual handling and active, on‑your‑feet work Experience in a production or manufacturing environment A reliable team player – someone your team can count on Understanding of how production processes flow from one step to the next Self‑driven with strong initiative Great attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work A safety‑first mindset – you look out for yourself and your mates A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport to get to Kanmantoo Comfortable working outdoors and around organic materials A High‑Risk Forklift Licence will be highly regarded.
