The successful candidate will: Deliver excellent customer service consistently. Have a thorough understanding of compliance relating to RSA, gaming and licensing. Have a solid track record working in busy gaming rooms. Be able to solve problems in an effective, calm manner. Supervise and train staff, directing them as needed to ensure efficiency within the business. Support the venue manager in controlling wages and ensuring proper stock control practices.
