Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests. Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently. Follow all safety and sanitation policies. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun environment. Experience Required To be successful in this role, you will be: Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge Experienced barista with a passion for coffee Excellent communication and customer service skills Immaculate presentation and grooming standards Ability to work a flexible roster, working evenings and weekends Knowledge of OH&S guidelines and legislative food safety requirement
