We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead site crews on a 2:1 FIFO roster across active mine sites. The Role: Supervise bulk earthworks, roads, drainage & concrete works Lead crews, subcontractors & plant operators Drive safety, productivity & quality outcomes Ensure compliance with IFC drawings & mine site standards Coordinate daily resources to meet project milestones About You: 5 years supervising civil works in mining or heavy infrastructure Strong earthworks & concrete background Proven experience on remote mine sites Able to work 2:1 FIFO WA Driver’s Licence Section 26 / Statutory Supervisor (WA) highly regarded.
