Our client is an established not-for-profit organisation seeking a proactive and highly organised Property Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in preparing two newly built homes. You will be instrumental in ensuring the properties are fully set up, furnished, and operational in line with established organisational processes. Key Responsibilities: Purchasing all required items to fully set up two newly built homes Placing orders with approved suppliers Coordinating deliveries and being onsite to receive goods Providing access for installations and trades as required Following established property setup procedures Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure homes are move-in ready Assisting with general property-related administrative tasks About You: Previous experience in property and/or facilities advantageous Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple orders and delivery schedules Comfortable being onsite to coordinate trades and suppliers Current driver’s licence (essential) National Police Clearance (essential) Able to work autonomously and follow structured processes If you’re practical, organised, and enjoy coordinating projects from start to finish, then please call Kerry Pattinson @ Gough Recruitment on 0452 508 for a confidential chat or simply hit APPLY NOW.
