We are looking for a Property Specialist who wants to be part of something long term. This is a role for someone who wants to grow with the business, contribute to the bigger picture, and play a meaningful role in helping clients build wealth through property. You will work closely with our existing Property Specialist and the wider Haven team, with strong support, training, and a clear pathway to increased responsibility over time. This role has been created to support increasing client demand, build depth within our property expertise, and ensure we continue to deliver a high level of service as we grow. You will be trained closely, immersed in how Haven operates, and gradually take on more ownership as your confidence and capability builds. What you will be doing This is a well rounded role that blends strategy, relationships, and execution. Your core responsibilities will include: • Managing and nurturing client relationships from enquiry through to settlement and beyond • Buyers agent duties including market research, inspections, agent liaison, and managing the purchase process end to end • Providing strategic property investment guidance aligned to individual client goals • Facilitating property acquisitions and sales • Reviewing and evaluating existing property portfolios and identifying opportunities for improvement • Working collaboratively with the broader Haven team to support client success The role is broadly split across client facing work, operational and administrative responsibilities, and independent problem solving and strategic thinking. What you will need Non negotiable requirements • A current Real Estate Sales Certificate • Reliable transport and the ability to travel as required • A suitable home workspace We will provide • Computer and required equipment • Phone • Desk and chair if needed • Structured training, systems, and ongoing support Experience we are looking for Must haves • Experience within the property industry • A strong ethical compass, integrity and trust matter deeply to us Nice to haves • Personal experience with property investing and or home ownership • Exposure to mortgage broking or finance, helpful but not essential You will work with tools such as ClickUp, RP Data, and Microsoft Office as part of your day to day role.
