Safety Representative / WHS Officer FIFO Opportunities | WA Projects | Expressions of Interest Codee Energy is currently seeking experienced Safety Representatives and WHS Officers to register their interest for upcoming FIFO opportunities across Western Australia. We are working with multiple clients across the resources and civil sectors, including projects operating out of Kalgoorlie and other regional WA locations. While specific rosters and start dates are yet to be finalised, we are building a strong pipeline of safety professionals ready to mobilise when roles become available. What you’ll be doing Promote and maintain strong safety culture on site Conduct toolbox talks and pre-start meetings Monitor compliance with site safety systems and procedures Assist with incident investigations and reporting Support risk assessments, JHAs and SWMS development Liaise with supervisors, project managers and client representatives Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and site-specific requirements Who we’re looking for Previous experience in a Safety Rep or WHS Officer role (mining or civil preferred) Cert IV in WHS (or working toward) highly regarded Strong understanding of WA WHS legislation Experience working FIFO environments Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A Strong communication and leadership skills Indigenous applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
