The opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Retail Projex management team. This full‑time role, based in Coomera, supports the Centre Manager and Facilities Manager across a multi‑asset portfolio in Queensland for a well‑established, publicly listed company. You’ll also have the chance to take responsibility for managing your own asset, with guidance and support from an experienced Centre Management team. What you’ll be doing: · Working with and reporting to the Centre Managers daily · Coordinating and collecting tenant sales turnover and commentary · Providing administrative support to the centre management team · Assisting with arrears management and implementing rent reviews · Preparing monthly and quarterly reports · Coordinating repairs and maintenance with the support of Centre Manager, including processing invoices, work orders and managing compliance · Managing tenant insurance records · Maintaining strong tenant and landlord relationships · Managing enquiries from customers, tenants, client, and contractors · Being responsible for the end-to-end property management of a small asset with the support of the Centre Manager - duties will include all areas of property management including finance, operations and client/tenant relationships About you: · 2-3 years’ experience within the property sector · Proficient in using Microsoft office products including Excel, Word & Power Point · Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills · Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise · Ability to communicate to the highest standard, being verbal and written, always closing out tasks · Ability to work with minimal supervision · Strong client/stakeholder management · Hold a current QLD drivers’ licence · Real estate license or certificate of registration (desirable) · Experience utilising property management software (MRI/ Cirrus8/Nexus Software) (desirable) Why join us? · Work in a culture that values personal development and growth · Collaborate with senior management and directors—your voice matters here · Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of retail assets across Australia · Be part of a diverse team that promotes from within · Enjoy 1 paid day off for your birthday each year
