About The Role Located within our Training Services team, the RTO Data Integrity Officer plays a vital role in the high-volume processing and administration of student data within our Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, processing student documentation, and ensuring internal systems reflect precise and compliant data reporting. This is a fixed term, full-time position until June 2026. In this role, successful applicants will be able to confidently: Process large volumes of student-related paperwork in accordance with established systems and processes.Maintain and update internal software systems to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.Complete administrative tasks efficiently and within required timeframes.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems and processes.Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders across the organisation.Collaborate with the Data Integrity team and Training Services team to achieve positive outcomes.Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and external stakeholders.Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and service expectations.Demonstrate emotional intelligence and professionalism in all interactions.
