About the Role This position offers flexible hybrid working arrangements. While some tasks can be completed remotely, on-site attendance will be required to support collaboration, relationship-building, and team coordination. As the Client Intake & Operations Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact for new participant enquiries and referral partners. You will manage the client intake and onboarding process, maintain accurate records, and provide operational support to the Coordination of Supports team. You will also work collaboratively with Support Coordinators, service providers, and external agencies to strengthen referral pathways and ensure participants can easily access our services. Key Responsibilities Manage client enquiries and coordinate onboarding documentation Receive and process referrals from Support Coordinators, families, and external agencies Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems Build and maintain positive working relationships with referral partners Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Coordination of Supports team Assist with compliance tasks, data reporting, and audit preparation Support the implementation of internal systems and quality frameworks Ensure clear, professional communication with participants and stakeholders What We Offer Casual or part-time flexible working hours Supportive and collaborative team culture Regular supervision and professional development opportunities A meaningful role contributing directly to positive participant outcomes Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Opportunities for growth within the organisation What We’re Looking For Experience in administration or operations within the disability, health, community services, or NDIS sector Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and time management A participant-centred approach and understanding of inclusive practice Required Qualifications and Checks Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Business Administration, Community Services, Disability, or related field (desirable) Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – “Quality, Safety and You” Current NSW Working With Children Check Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Valid Driver’s Licence (preferred) How to Apply If you’re excited about this opportunity and believe you’re a great fit, we encourage you to apply.
