What you'll be doing Overseeing daily venue operations to ensure smooth, efficient and consistent service. Developing and retaining a close-knit team by fostering a culture of exceptional performance. Collaborating with the Head Chef to plan and coordinate Food and Beverage operations. General management of venue; budget, cost control, labour management, reporting, marketing, team KPIs/targets, etc. Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food safety, WHS and other relevant legislative instruments. What you'll bring Strong understanding and experience in the management of financial reporting and budgetary measures. Exposure to and understanding of multi-function food and beverage operations, functions and events management and restaurant operations. Excellent beer knowledge and experience in managing keg systems. Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach. Be innovative in your approach to the venue, driving visortation and guest experience.
