About The Opportunity The Mercy Care Centre Young is a 26 bed subacute health service facility providing a range of outpatient, community health and aged care services for the Hilltops region. It specialises in geriatric evaluation and management, rehabilitation and palliative care. Our facility is co-located with the Young Health Service and sits within Murrumbidgee Local Health District. The RN will assist in the provision of nursing care consistent with the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Mercy Health, Mercy Care Centre, Young NSW. The inpatient nursing position operates within a multidisciplinary team to ensure a highly responsive and flexible service highlighting a holistic approach and competency in the provision of person centred care.
