The Crerar Road accommodation site provides a home away from home experience to our participants who come to town for medical appointments, shopping, catch up with family or sporting events. In addition to this we provide renal, and Homeless accommodation. CatholicCare NT operates the Crerar Road Accommodation site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. About the Role Join us as our Tenancy and Facilities Officer to support daily maintenance, tenancy management, property upkeep and administrative management. You will work closely with the Property and Facilities Manager and report directly to the Housing Manager. Use your experience in Real Estate, Facilities or Property Management to coordinate property maintenance, process tenancy applications, conduct property inspections and manage tenant enquiries. Be the trusted presence that keeps our accommodation facility running smoothly and efficiently, offering a welcoming and safe environment for all. (preferred) Qualification in Real Estate Practice Experience in tenant and property services or Facilities Management Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including being able to connect and work with a broad range of tenants, support agencies, internal colleagues and external stakeholders. Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people Highly proficient in MSOffice skills, SAP, business and project management online apps and tools Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes and regulations Good problem solving, time management skills and attention to detail All our staff must have the right to work in Australia, hold a current Driver's Licence and will be subject to pre-employment screening.
