Deflector Operation consists of two high-grade, narrow vein Gold/Copper mines, located 160 km east of Geraldton. The ore is contained in a series of structurally complex lodes, namely the Deflector and Deflector Southwest deposits. Reporting to the Site Services Superintendent, the Site Administrator is responsible for overseeing underground administrative functions to support site services, mobilisation, travel, people movement, and camp management. This role also provides back-up support to the stores function when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with Vault Minerals’ procedures and standards. This position will be offered on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth. Key Responsibilities of this Role Will Include: Coordinate site mobilisation, travel and access for all underground employees and contractors Manage underground rosters Maintain accurate records of underground personnel movements and shift changes Perform front office duties including reception, deliveries, and visitor management Support accounts, payroll, and procurement processes including purchase orders and invoice reconciliation Maintain document control, site bulletin boards, and intranet updates Assist with reporting, fuel data entry, and uniform/stationery orders Provide back-up support to the underground stores function as required About You Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration within the resources industry or similar Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Experience with INX systems, particularly InFlight Document control and SharePoint experience Procurement experience (desirable) Experience with Pronto business software (highly regarded) Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments Required Certifications: WA Manual Driver’s Licence (C-Class) What We Offer Competitive salary Long-term incentive plans Paid Parental Leave Paywise offers the following employee benefits to Vault Minerals employees: o Novated Lease Vehicles o Trade Tools o FIFO Travel o Portable Electronic Devices o Self-Education o Airport Lounge Membership Our Recruitment Process As part of our recruitment process, we require a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen, and a National Police Clearance.
